Called to main office for a Mercedes part. Given exact part number, operator was extremely rude, did not state their name and said they don't have that part on their system. I then asked if they can order it in? Question back was if I was a mechanic or if this is private enquiry. I said this was a private enquiry. Operator then said "speak to your mechanic" and just hang up!Disgusting, shame on you CSF for employing such people.When I called official Mercedes parts department. Guess what, they knew what the part was and branch that had it in stock.

Extremely disappointed with the service received today. Went in to the Brunswick branch to get my number plates made up. Had to wait a while before anyone could be bothered to serve me. I had the document on my phone and could have easily emailed it if needed. Was told that I need the “paper” and my driving licence which I did have with me. Then was told the person who makes up the plates had left for the day. It was clearly a case of could not be bothered. Surely in these difficult economic times, every transaction matters. Was told to come back on Monday with the “paper”. Easier said than done for those of us who work full time. Will definitely take my business elsewhere rather than support local trade.

I've being trying find replacement wipers for my 3008. The main dealer wanted over £45 for a set of Bosch plus a delivery fee! CSF had a set of Valeo brand wipers in stock, admittedly aren't Bosch but at half the price as well as the assistant very kindly fitted them out of good will. Left a happy customer. Cheers CSF

Have used CSF for many years and always a first class service. I bought a rear window wiper for my car and was having trouble putting it on. An employee obviously saw my plight and came to my rescue without any requests from me. A very kind gesture, so many thanks.
